Human PDGF-AA (Platelet Derived Growth Factor-AA) ELISA Kit (HUES02586)

PDGF-AA is a disulfide-linked homodimeric growth factor that drives cell proliferation, migration, angiogenesis, wound healing, and tissue remodeling. This colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to human PDGF-AA, enabling quantitative detection in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids.

The standard protocol uses 100 µl of sample per well with an assay runtime of roughly 3.5 hours. Store unopened kit components at 2-8 °C, keep the microplate sealed and protected from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the recombinant standard. Each kit is intended for research use only and is supplied with a lyophilized PDGF-AA standard for generating a seven-point standard curve.
