Human PDE6A ELISA Kit (HUFI07298)

The Human PDE6A ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for research use only and supports quantitative measurement of phosphodiesterase 6A, the catalytic alpha subunit of the rod photoreceptor cGMP-phosphodiesterase complex. Because PDE6A is a core enzyme of the phototransduction cascade, the kit is relevant to studies of autosomal recessive retinitis pigmentosa, cone-rod dystrophy, and broader inherited retinal degeneration research, as well as ophthalmic drug discovery, vision science, and neurodegeneration programs.

Each kit is supplied in a microplate format with all reagents required to generate standard curves and to evaluate unknown samples in duplicate. A 100 uL sample volume per well is recommended, with incubations typically performed at room temperature.
