The Assay Genie ELISA kit supports quantitative measurement of human phosphodiesterase 12 (PDE12), a mitochondrial 2',5'-phosphodiesterase that hydrolyzes 2',5'-oligoadenylate activators of the latent RNase L antiviral pathway. The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, and serial standards for generating a calibration curve during the in vitro assay. Researchers investigating innate immune signaling, stress granule biology, or mitochondrial RNA turnover can apply diluted human serum specimens directly to the plate.
