Human PD-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0979)

The Human PD-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of programmed cell death protein 1 (PDCD1, CD279) in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples derived from human donors. PD-1 is an inhibitory immune checkpoint receptor expressed on activated T cells, B cells, and myeloid populations, and its ligation by PD-L1 and PD-L2 dampens effector immune responses. Quantitative readouts of soluble PD-1 support research into tumor immune evasion, chronic viral infection, and autoimmune disease mechanisms, including biomarker studies that track response to anti-PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor therapy.

The assay uses human-specific capture and detection antibodies with a chromogenic enzyme-substrate readout on a standard microplate. Reagents should be stored refrigerated and equilibrated to room temperature before each run; the kit is supplied with all buffers, antibodies, and recombinant standard required to complete the protocol.
