Human PCNXL2 ELISA Kit (HUFI08658)

The Human PCNXL2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative assay for measuring Pecanex-Like Protein 2, a multi-pass transmembrane protein associated with the Golgi apparatus and implicated in cell-cell signaling and developmental biology. Intended for in vitro research use only, this kit supports detection of PCNXL2 in human-derived samples. The capture antibody is human-specific, allowing selective measurement of PCNXL2 with no significant cross-reactivity with related Pecanex-family homologs. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, recombinant standards, and assay buffers sufficient for one full plate run, including standard curves and sample replicates in duplicate. Reagents should be stored at 4°C for short-term use, with longer-term storage at -20°C for individual components as indicated on the vial labels.
