Human PCGF6/Polycomb group RING finger protein 6 ELISA Kit

The assay reports a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL across a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity across dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) is given as 82–103% for serum, 80–101% for EDTA plasma, and 82–100% for heparin plasma. Recovery spans 88–105% for serum (average 96%), 90–105% for EDTA plasma (average 92%), and 88–100% for heparin plasma (average 97%). The kit is stored at 2-8°C and remains stable for 12 months under those conditions.

PCGF6 (UniProt Q9BYE7; also known as MBLR, RNF134, and Mel18 and Bmi1-like RING finger) is a transcriptional repressor involved in chromatin remodelling and gene regulation as a component of the Polycomb group PRC1-like complex. Dysregulation of PCGF6 has been linked to cancer and developmental disorders, supporting its value as a potential biomarker for disease progression and therapeutic studies.
