Human PCDHA6 ELISA Kit (HUFI07317)

This PCDHA6 immunoassay from Assay Genie quantifies human Protocadherin Alpha 6, a calcium-dependent adhesion protein of the cadherin superfamily involved in neuronal connectivity and synaptic specification. Each kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, chromogen substrate, and a seven-point standard curve sufficient for duplicate determinations across the plate. The procedure uses 100 µL of sample per well and runs in approximately 3 hours with a spectrophotometric endpoint readout on a standard plate reader.
