Human PC4 and SFRS1-interacting protein (PSIP1) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate detection of human PC4 and SFRS1-interacting protein (PSIP1) in samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. PSIP1, also known as lens epithelium-derived growth factor (LEDGF/p75), is a transcriptional coactivator involved in cellular processes including DNA repair, transcriptional regulation, and chromatin organization, with implications in research areas such as cancer, HIV infection, and genetic disorders.

The assay has a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 23pg/ml. Reported precision values are an Intra CV of 5.1% and an Inter CV of 7.3%. Linearity has been characterised in serum (81-106%), EDTA plasma (87-115%) and heparin plasma (85-116%) across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery is reported as 98% (range 92-104%) for serum and 100% (range 94-106%) for plasma. The kit is specific to natural and recombinant human PSIP1, falls within the epigenetics research area, and is intended for research use only.
