The Assay Genie PBX3 immunoassay supports quantitative measurement of Pre-B-cell leukemia homeobox 3 in research samples. PBX3 is a homeodomain transcription factor implicated in acute myeloid leukemia, where its overexpression cooperates with MEIS1 to drive leukemogenesis, and it has also been investigated as a candidate biomarker in solid tumour studies.

The kit is supplied as a pre-coated microplate with biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilised recombinant standards, assay diluent, and wash buffer concentrate. Researchers typically dispense 100 uL of standard or sample per well, incubate at room temperature, and read absorbance on a standard plate reader.

Unopened components should be refrigerated; reconstituted standards and unused aliquots can be frozen at -20°C for extended stability. Reagents remain stable through the printed expiration when handled as directed and protected from light.
