Human Paxillin ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of paxillin in human biological samples, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format. Linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with serum yielding 86–101%, EDTA plasma 83–99%, and heparin plasma 80–100% across the tested ratios. Average recovery values were 95% for serum (range 88–103%), 97% for EDTA plasma (range 88–105%), and 93% for heparin plasma (range 86–96%). Unopened components are intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months, and absorbance is read at 450 nm following TMB-based color development. The assay targets the protein corresponding to Uniprot entry P49023.
