Human PAX6 ELISA Kit (HUFI07332)

PAX6 is a paired-box transcription factor essential for eye, central nervous system, and pancreatic islet development. Quantitative measurement of PAX6 protein supports ophthalmology, neurobiology, and stem-cell studies, including investigations of aniridia and limbal stem-cell maintenance. This Assay Genie kit uses a two-antibody sandwich format with an absorbance-based colorimetric readout calibrated for detection of human PAX6, and is supplied as a 96-determination microplate-format ELISA kit. Reconstituted standards and prepared samples should be stored refrigerated (around 4 °C) and protected from light to preserve immunoreactivity; aliquoting is recommended to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
