The Human Pax-4 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is built around a human-specific capture antibody pair for paired box 4 (Pax-4), a homeodomain transcription factor that drives pancreatic islet specification and insulin-positive beta-cell differentiation.
