PARVG (gamma-parvin) is a focal adhesion-associated protein of the parvin family that links integrin signaling to the actin cytoskeleton. The mature protein is approximately 37 kDa and is widely expressed in hematopoietic lineages, where it regulates leukocyte chemotaxis, T-cell receptor signaling, and cytoskeletal remodeling during cell adhesion.

This Assay Genie kit is provided as a complete reagent set with a pre-coated microplate, ready-to-use standards, detection antibody, and chromogenic substrate, configured for quantitative detection of human PARVG in cell lysate and tissue homogenate samples. Reconstituted standard dilutions should be aliquoted and frozen, with limited freeze-thaw cycles recommended to preserve immunoreactivity. Each plate supports up to 96 determinations for research use only applications.
