Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 3 (PARP3) is a chromatin-associated ADP-ribosyltransferase central to the DNA damage response and maintenance of genome stability, with roles in base excision repair, double-strand break signaling, and recruitment of DNA repair factors to chromatin. The Assay Genie Human PARP3 ELISA Kit provides a quantitative immunoassay for measuring PARP3 protein levels in research samples, supporting studies of PARP-dependent repair pathways and PARP inhibitor response. The kit is supplied as a microplate pre-coated with capture antibody and includes a calibrated protein standard, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, and substrate solution to support approximately 96 individual reactions per plate.
