The Human PARP15 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 15, also known as BAL3, a member of the PARP family involved in mono-ADP-ribosylation, innate immunity, and stress-granule dynamics. The assay is intended for research on cytokine-driven inflammation, viral response pathways, and NF-κB transcriptional regulation. Each kit ships refrigerated with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, horseradish peroxidase conjugate, calibrated standards, and substrate solution; store components at 4 degrees C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. A 100 uL sample volume per well is recommended, and absorbance is read on a standard microplate reader. The capture antibody is human-specific, with no significant cross-reactivity with PARP family paralogues PARP9, PARP10, or PARP14 under standard conditions.
