Human PARP11 ELISA Kit (HUFI08662)

PARP11 (poly-ADP-ribose polymerase 11), also known as ARTD11, is the founding member of a PARP subfamily that functions as a mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase rather than a poly-ADP-ribosyltransferase. It carries a tryptophan-tryptophan-glu (WWE) domain and an RNA-recognition motif (RRM) that distinguish it from related DNA-damage-responsive paralogs, and it has been linked to ubiquitin ligase regulation, stress granule biology, and innate immunity signaling. The Assay Genie quantitative immunoassay relies on a PARP11-specific antibody pair with no significant cross-reactivity observed with related PARP1 or PARP2 paralogs, supporting confident quantitation in serum and plasma samples. Each kit includes pre-coated plate wells, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, reference standard, wash buffer, and substrate solution. All reagents should be refrigerated on arrival; reconstituted standards are aliquoted and frozen at -20 °C, while working detection antibody is protected from light. The standard procedure uses a 100 µl sample volume per well and is intended for research use only.
