Human Paraneoplastic Antigen MA2 (PNMA2) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie sandwich immunoassay quantitatively detects the intracellular neuronal protein PNMA2 in human tissue homogenates and biological fluids. PNMA2 autoantibodies are clinical biomarkers used to investigate paraneoplastic neurological syndromes, particularly limbic and brainstem encephalitis associated with testicular germ cell tumors and small-cell lung carcinoma. The microplate is pre-coated with a human-specific capture antibody, and bound antigen is revealed with a biotinylated detector antibody and streptavidin-HRP. Reconstituted standards and HRP conjugate should be stored at -20 °C, while unused strips and wash buffer are kept refrigerated at 4 °C; repeated freeze-thaw cycles of working reagents should be avoided. Suited to neurology, neuroimmunology, and oncology biomarker workflows, the kit is supplied as a 96-well microplate for in vitro research use only.
