Built around a matched-antibody quantitative design, this 96-assay microplate kit from Assay Genie quantifies human Pappalysin-1 (Pregnancy-Associated Plasma Protein A, encoded by PAPPA, Uniprot Q13219) in human plasma, serum samples, and cell culture supernatant.

Each well receives a sample volume of 100 uL of standard or test specimen, followed by incubation with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP, then TMB substrate is added for a colorimetric endpoint. The specificity profile of this Assay Genie kit shows no cross-reactivity with an extensive panel of tested human analytes, including Alpha-2 Microglobulin, ApoA, ApoC1, ApoC2, ApoC3, ApoE, ApoH, Artemin, BMP-6, Mesothelin, Periostin, Thrombospondin 2, Vitronectin, and VWF, among others.

The kit ships with a pre-coated strip plate, lyophilized standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-conjugated HRP, TMB one-step substrate, wash buffer, stop solution, and assay diluent. Storage guidance: keep at -20 °C for up to 1 year from the date of shipment; alternatively store at 4 °C for up to 6 months, with extended storage at -80 °C recommended for longer terms.
