Assay Genie's PALLD (Palladin) ELISA KIT supports quantitative measurement of the cytoskeletal scaffolding protein Palladin, an actin-associated factor involved in cell migration, focal adhesion remodeling, and metastatic progression in carcinoma models.

This microplate immunoassay is configured for human specimens and is applied across oncology, cell biology, and tumour microenvironment research projects. The format supplies pre-coated strip wells, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and a calibrated standard set for curve generation.

A sample volume of 100 µL is loaded per well, and standard curve values are back-calculated against the included references. Unopened reagents are stored refrigerated; reconstituted standards require freezing at -20 °C to preserve binding activity through repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
