Human Paired immunoglobulin-like type 2 receptor beta (PILRB) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the precise measurement of human Paired immunoglobulin-like type 2 receptor beta (PILRB) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The target is a single-pass type I membrane protein (also referred to as activating receptor PILR-beta, cell surface receptor FDFACT, PP1551, and FDFACT) that is involved in immune regulation and modulation of immune responses.

The assay has a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.098ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.1%, and an inter-assay CV of 10.8%. It is specific for natural and recombinant human PILRB. PILRB is thought to act as a cellular signaling activating receptor that associates with ITAM-bearing adapter molecules on the cell surface, and its dysregulation has been linked to autoimmune diseases, cancer, and inflammatory conditions.
