PADI4 (Peptidyl Arginine Deiminase Type IV) is a calcium-dependent enzyme that catalyzes the post-translational conversion of arginine residues to citrulline, a modification implicated in rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, lupus, and several cancers. This colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human PADI4 in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids across a standard 96-well microplate format.

The assay typically uses 100 µl of sample per well with a total incubation time of roughly 3.5 hours at room temperature.
