Human p53 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the detection of p53 in human samples. Intended for pharmaceutical and biotech research, the reagents are validated to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems with standard calibration to NIBSC. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is suitable for serum, plasma, cell lysate, and cell culture supernatant samples.

The kit recognises both natural and recombinant soluble human p53, with no cross reactivity with other human soluble molecules. The reported assay range is 3.12 U/ml - 100 U/ml with a sensitivity of 1.5 U/ml. The recommended sample volume is 100 µl and the incubation time is 3h45. Each kit is supplied with pre-coated strip plates, a biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, controls where applicable, buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop reagents, and a detailed procedure.
