Human P2X purinoceptor 7 (P2RX7) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human P2X purinoceptor 7 (P2RX7) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The colourimetric assay is specific for natural and recombinant human P2X purinoceptor 7, with a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.19 ng/mL. Reported precision values are 5.6% intra-assay CV and 9.2% inter-assay CV.

P2RX7 (UniProt Q99572) is an ATP-gated ion channel involved in purinergic signalling, immune responses, inflammation and cell death. Dysregulation of P2RX7 has been linked to cancer, autoimmune disorders and infectious disease, supporting its relevance as a biomarker and therapeutic target.
