Human P2RX4 ELISA Kit (HUFI07382)

The P2RX4 target encodes the P2X purinoceptor 4, an ATP-gated cation channel broadly investigated in microglia, macrophages, and endothelial cells. This Assay Genie kit is configured with a human-specific capture antibody and is used in research on neuropathic pain signaling, microglial activation, vascular inflammation, and purinergic immune signaling. Each microplate contains strip wells pre-coated with anti-P2RX4 antibody, paired with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate for quantitative protein measurement. Reconstituted standards and the biotin conjugate should be aliquoted and frozen after first use to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve activity across the shelf life of the kit.
