Human P-CK (Pan-Cytokeratin) ELISA Kit (HUES02401)

Pan-Cytokeratin (P-CK) is a broad-spectrum epithelial marker widely used in oncology research, including studies of circulating tumor cells, carcinoma invasion, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. This Assay Genie ELISA enables quantitative measurement of cytokeratin antigens in research samples, supporting biomarker discovery and validation workflows in cancer biology and cell signalling studies. The kit provides a pre-coated plate, recombinant reference standards, biotinylated detection reagents, and substrate solution sufficient for one full plate run. A 100 uL sample volume is required per well, and absorbance is measured after enzyme-substrate reaction on a standard plate reader. Reconstituted standards and the concentrated detection antibody should be aliquoted and stored frozen at -20 degrees C to minimize freeze-thaw degradation, while unopened plates and buffer components remain stable under refrigeration.
