Human P-Cadherin ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a high-quality Sandwich ELISA Kit designed for the quantitative measurement of P-Cadherin in human samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich ELISA format with a detection range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL, enabling precise and reproducible results across serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

P-Cadherin (also known as Cadherin-3, CDH3, CDHP, HJMD or PCAD; Uniprot P22223) is a critical protein involved in cell adhesion, with dysregulation linked to cancer and developmental disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for research. The assay workflow involves a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, followed by biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes and HRP-Streptavidin conjugation for 30 minutes, with TMB substrate development read at 450 nm.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labelled antibody concentrate, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), and plate sealers.
