Human Oxoglutarate Dehydrogenase (OGDH) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie kit for measuring human Oxoglutarate Dehydrogenase (OGDH) supports quantitative workup of mitochondrial TCA-cycle enzyme abundance in research samples. OGDH catalyzes the oxidative decarboxylation of alpha-ketoglutarate to succinyl-CoA, NADH, and CO2, and altered expression has been linked to neurodegeneration, cancer metabolism, and mitochondrial disease.
