The assay protocol involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months, with standards and plate strips also stable at -20°C for 12 months.
