Human OxLDL (Oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein) CLIA Kit (HUES00115)

Assay Genie provides a chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) kit for the quantitative determination of human oxidized low-density lipoprotein (OxLDL) in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a sandwich-CLIA format in which a pre-coated antibody captures the analyte, followed by detection with a biotinylated antibody and an avidin-HRP conjugate. The resulting chemiluminescent signal is read on a CLIA analyzer, and the relative light unit (RLU) value is positively associated with the concentration of human OxLDL.

The kit is validated for human samples with a sensitivity of 9.38 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.63-1000 pg/mL. The total assay time is 4.5h, using a sample volume of 100 μL. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human OxLDL and analogues was observed. Reproducibility is reported with both intra-CV and inter-CV < 15%.

Linearity has been demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma, and cell culture media at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery performance is reported for serum (range 99-112%, average 106%), EDTA plasma (range 84-100%, average 91%), and cell culture media (range 99-113%, average 105%).
