Human Oxidized low-density lipoprotein (OxLDL) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the accurate detection of Oxidized low-density lipoprotein (OxLDL) in human samples using a colorimetric detection method, validated for serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The kit provides a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.12ng/mL. Precision performance includes an intra-assay CV of 6.1% and an inter-assay CV of 9.9%. Recovery has been validated with an average of 113% in serum (range 107-119%) and 115% in plasma (range 109-120%). Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human Oxidized low-density lipoprotein and is intended for research use only.
