Reported analytical performance includes a sensitivity of 0.188ng/ml and an assay range of 0.313-20ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery in serum was 85-104% (average 96%), in EDTA plasma 86-105% (average 93%) and in UFH plasma 89-105% (average 93%). Intra-assay CV is less than 8% and inter-assay CV is less than 10%. The kit is stored at 4°C for 6 months and is supplied for research use only.
