The Assay Genie Human OTUD6B ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of OTUD6B protein in human cell lysate and tissue homogenate samples using a microplate-based immunoassay format. OTUD6B (OTU domain-containing protein 6B) is a cytoplasmic cysteine deubiquitinase that cleaves K63-linked polyubiquitin chains and contributes to ribosome-associated quality control, inflammasome regulation, and B-cell receptor signaling. The antibody pair used in this kit specifically recognizes human OTUD6B and shows no significant cross-reactivity with the paralogous OTUD6A isoform.
