Human Osterix (OSX) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's OSX ELISA kit quantifies Osterix, also known as SP7, a zinc-finger transcription factor essential for osteoblast differentiation and bone matrix deposition. Researchers apply it to monitor osteogenic commitment in mesenchymal stem cells, evaluate fracture healing kinetics, and investigate bone-loss conditions such as osteoporosis and other skeletal pathologies where SP7 expression is altered.

Detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate are supplied in lyophilised vials; reconstitute with the supplied diluent, aliquot to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and store the working solution at -20 degrees C protected from light. The microplate is pre-coated with a monoclonal capture antibody specific to the human OSX epitope, and chromogenic readout develops in approximately 15 minutes at room temperature.
