Osteopontin (OPN), also designated SPP1, is a phosphorylated glycoprotein secreted by osteoblasts, epithelial cells, and activated macrophages, implicated in bone remodeling, immune modulation, and tumor progression.

This Assay Genie kit is supplied in a 96-assay microplate configuration, configured to quantify OPN in cell culture supernatants, plasma, or serum samples.

The assay cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat osteopontin and covers a working detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL.
