Human OSR1 ELISA Kit (HUFI07406)

Assay Genie's Human OSR1 ELISA Kit is built around a pre-coated microplate for quantitative measurement of the oxidative-stress-responsive kinase 1 (OXSR1) in human samples, using a human-specific capture antibody that minimizes cross-reactivity with related kinases. OXSR1 sits at the heart of the SPAK/OSR1 signaling cascade that regulates NKCC1 and NCC cotransporter activity, making this kit useful for cardiovascular, renal, and hypertension research as well as studies of osmotic stress response and ion transport regulation.

Each pack supplies a 96-well strip plate pre-bound with capture antibody, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution. The protocol calls for a 50 uL sample loading volume per well and yields results readable on a standard microplate reader. Reconstituted reagents should be stored refrigerated at 4 degrees C when not in use, with the unused strip plate resealed and kept dry.
