Human Orosomucoid 2 (ORM2) ELISA Kit

ORM2 (Orosomucoid 2), also known as alpha-1-acid glycoprotein 2 (AGP2), is a hepatic acute-phase glycoprotein. Its circulating concentration rises during inflammation, infection, malignancy, pregnancy, and trauma, making it a relevant marker in hepatic-function studies, altered-drug-binding research during inflammation, and immune-regulation investigations.

This Assay Genie kit is configured as a quantitative immunoassay for measuring human ORM2 in laboratory specimens. The assay is supplied in a 96-position microplate format with all reagents required to construct a standard curve and quantify unknown samples. Detection relies on absorbance readout at a visible wavelength on a standard plate reader.
