Human ORC2 (Origin recognition complex subunit 2) ELISA KIT (HUFI04991)

The Assay Genie kit provides a quantitative immunoassay for measuring ORC2 protein in human biological specimens, read on a standard microplate reader. ORC2 is a core component of the Origin Recognition Complex that marks replication origins and supports assembly of the pre-replication complex during G1 phase of the cell cycle. Researchers studying DNA replication licensing, cell cycle progression, chromatin organization at origins, and oncology models use this assay to monitor changes in ORC2 abundance across treated versus control cohorts. Each kit is supplied with pre-coated wells, recombinant standards, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, and stop reagent, with components sufficient for one full plate run. The kit is intended for research use only. Store unopened components refrigerated; after first use, aliquot the standard and detection antibody to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and bring all reagents to room temperature before each assay. For reproducible results, run all samples in duplicate and include a fresh standard curve on every plate.
