Human ORAI2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07403)

ORAI2, also designated CRACM2 or TMEM142B, is a plasma membrane calcium channel subunit that partners with the ER-resident STIM1 sensor to mediate store-operated calcium entry in non-excitable cells. Quantifying ORAI2 expression in human circulatory samples supports investigation of calcium signaling pathways in immune cell activation, lymphocyte proliferation, and inflammatory response studies.

This Assay Genie kit is shipped refrigerated and should be stored at 4°C upon arrival; standard ELISA wash buffer and TMB substrate are provided for the microplate workflow. Each kit is intended for research use only and includes pre-coated wells, capture antibody, detection reagent, and a human-specific detection antibody that shows no significant cross-reactivity with the homologous ORAI1 or ORAI3 isoforms.
