Human Oncostatin-M (OSM) ELISA Kit

Oncostatin-M is described by the manufacturer as a secreted cytokine of the LIF/OSM family that functions as a growth regulator, inhibiting proliferation of several tumour cell lines while stimulating proliferation of AIDS-KS cells. It regulates endothelial-cell production of IL-6, G-CSF and GM-CSF and signals through type I and type II OSM receptors, which are heterodimers that include IL6ST.
