Human Oncomodulin ELISA Kit

With a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a detection range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL, the assay delivers precise measurement of human oncomodulin using a double-antibody sandwich format. The procedure involves sequential incubation steps with a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin, followed by TMB substrate development and absorbance reading at 450 nm. All components are supplied for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months, with selected items suitable for long-term storage at –20°C.
