Human Olfactomedin-2/Noelin-2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0950)

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative colorimetric detection of human Olfactomedin-2, also known as Noelin-2. The assay targets the protein encoded by the OLFM2 gene (gene alias NOE2; Gene ID: 93145; UniProt: O95897) and is intended for measuring the analyte in serum samples.

According to the manufacturer, the kit has a detection range of 0.45 ng/ml to 100 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.45 ng/ml, with a recommended sample dilution of 2 fold. The kit may be stored at -20°C for up to one year from the date of shipment, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. It can alternatively be kept at 4°C for up to six months, with -80°C recommended for extended storage.
