Human ODF2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07433)

Quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie for measuring human Outer Dense Fiber Protein 2 (ODF2) levels in research samples. ODF2 is a cytoskeletal scaffold protein localized to the outer dense fibers of the sperm flagellum and to the centrosome and basal body of ciliated cells, where it contributes to flagellar and ciliary structural integrity, centriole anchoring, and primary cilia formation. The kit is intended for in vitro research use only and supports studies in reproductive biology, spermatogenesis, ciliogenesis, primary ciliary dyskinesia, and broader cell cycle and centrosome biology research.
