Human ODAM ELISA Kit (HUFI07431)

The Assay Genie Human ODAM ELISA Kit is a quantitative two-site immunoassay for measuring Odontogenic Ameloblast-Associated Protein, a tooth-matrix protein under investigation as a periodontal disease biomarker and in studies of amelogenesis. The assay is calibrated specifically against the human ODAM isoform and is intended for use with human serum or plasma samples. Each kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, recombinant protein standards, biotinylated detection reagent, and the buffers needed to build a standard curve. Researchers working on dental biomaterials, oral inflammation models, or tooth development can use the assay for in vitro research use only, with each microplate supporting up to 96 Assays in duplicate. Reconstituted standards and unused strips should be stored refrigerated to preserve activity across the stated shelf life.
