Human Obestatin ELISA Kit

The assay offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Recovery averages are 95% for serum (range 92-100%), 94% for EDTA plasma (range 89-101%), and 90% for heparin plasma (range 85-95%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions spans 84-102% for serum, 83-102% for EDTA plasma, and 81-101% for heparin plasma (each n=10). The procedure uses a biotin-labeled antibody with incubation at 37°C, TMB substrate colour development read at 450 nm, and a stop solution that changes the reaction colour from blue to yellow.
