Human NXF2 ELISA Kit (HUFI08686)

The NXF2 protein target, also known as Nuclear RNA Export Factor 2 (gene NXF2, mapped to chromosome Xq27.3), is a testis-enriched RNA-binding protein that mediates the nuclear export of bulk mRNA. It plays a recognized role in post-transcriptional gene regulation in male germ cells, and quantitative measurement of circulating NXF2 supports research into spermatogenesis, germ-cell biology, and male reproductive health.

This Assay Genie ELISA kit ships as a complete bench-ready package containing one pre-coated microwell plate, capture and detection antibodies, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer, and a recombinant NXF2 standard. The assay uses 100 uL of sample per determination and is calibrated with a seven-point standard curve; the human-specific capture antibody shows no significant cross-reactivity with related NXF1 or NXF3 paralogs under standard conditions.

Keep all reagents refrigerated between uses, protect the TMB substrate from light, and bring plates to room temperature before pipetting. Each plate is configured for single-use wells. Intended for in vitro research use only.
