NUR77 (also known as NR4A1, TR3, or NGFI-B) is an immediate-early orphan nuclear receptor that acts as a ligand-independent transcription factor. It plays central roles in T-cell apoptosis, dopaminergic neuron survival, and the regulation of inflammatory gene programs. The Assay Genie quantitative immunoassay uses a capture antibody specific to human NR4A1 paired with a biotinylated detection reagent for selective measurement of endogenous protein. Each well requires a 100 µL sample volume, with the supplied standard curve enabling interpolation across healthy and diseased cohorts. Reconstituted standards and concentrated detection antibody should be frozen at -20°C and protected from light, while unused strip wells remain stable under refrigeration.
