Human NUDT9 ELISA Kit (HUFI07448)

NUDT9 belongs to the Nudix family of hydrolases, enzymes that cleave nucleoside diphosphate derivatives such as ADP-ribose into AMP and ribose 5-phosphate. This Assay Genie kit provides a quantitative immunoassay for measuring NUDT9 protein concentrations in human research specimens, supporting studies of ADP-ribose metabolism, NAD+ turnover, and cellular stress signaling. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and TMB substrate for research use only. A 50 uL sample aliquot is added per well, and absorbance is recorded on a standard plate reader after substrate development. All components are shipped refrigerated with cold-pack insulation, and the kit should be stored frozen for long-term preservation.
