The Assay Genie NUDT6 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Nudix hydrolase 6 in human biological samples via a sandwich ELISA workflow. NUDT6, also known as GFG (Fos gene growth factor), is a Nudix family member implicated in nucleotide metabolism and antisense regulation of FOS-mediated signaling, making it a target of interest in studies of cell proliferation, cancer biology, and antisense transcript research.
