Human NUDT12 ELISA Kit (HUFI07458)

The NUDT12 enzyme (Nudix hydrolase 12, also known as NADH diphosphatase) hydrolyzes reduced pyridine dinucleotides and participates in cellular NAD(H) metabolism and RNA decay pathways. This Assay Genie kit delivers a quantitative immunoassay workflow for measuring NUDT12 protein levels in laboratory specimens, supporting research into nucleotide turnover, mRNA decapping, and metabolic regulation in human cells.

Each kit is supplied as a complete package containing a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized protein standards, biotinylated detection antibody, wash buffer concentrate, substrate solution, and stop reagent, sufficient for 96 individual determinations. The assay produces a chromogenic signal whose intensity is read on a standard microplate reader, and quantitative values are derived by interpolation against the standard curve generated on every plate.

NUDT12 measurement has been applied to studies of hepatic nucleotide balance, oxidative stress responses, and tumor metabolic reprogramming. The kit is configured for research use only and is intended for investigators working with cell culture lysates, tissue homogenates, and similar biological specimens.
