Human Nucleoporin p62/NUP62 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a colorimetric Sandwich ELISA intended for the quantitative detection of human Nucleoporin p62 (NUP62) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format has been validated for human reactivity.

According to the manufacturer's data sheet, the assay has a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. The associated Uniprot reference is P37198 and the research area is immunology. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Recovery has been established in serum (average 97%), EDTA plasma (average 94%) and heparin plasma (average 98%), with linearity demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions for each matrix.

Nucleoporin p62 is a key component of the nuclear pore complex that regulates nucleo-cytoplasmic transport and helps maintain the integrity of the nuclear envelope.
